easy strolls to parks and restaurants make this place great
I really enjoyed how close the hotel is to Horn Pond and several eateries like Bertucci's Italian Restaurant, making it easy to explore and grab a bite after a day of walking around the city. while the room was okay for my stay as a solo traveler, it did feel a bit small, but overall the convenience of the area really made a positive impact on my visit.

Comfortable Stay with Some Noise Issues
Our family enjoyed the large, clean queen room. Although the traffic noise was distracting, we appreciated the excellent Wi-Fi and ample charging ports. The breakfast had a decent selection, but it could be improved. Pro tip, ask for a room at the end of the corridor for more quiet.

The staff was unexpectedly friendly with a nice guy named Emilio at breakfast, who was super attentive. I also appreciated how clean everything was. You could really feel the effort from the housekeeping team to.
The price wasn't exactly a steal but still acceptable.

The complimentary breakfast offers a solid selection, including hot items that cater to various tastes. Close to major highways, this place is easy to navigate for those needing to head into Boston or nearby areas.
Several things fell short during the stay. it seems it had been broken for weeks. The bathroom in room 218 had issues with the flush, and the shower head was so loose it barely functioned right. On top of that, lingering odors from previous guests' smoking habits could still be detected in some corners, especially in the bathroom. Overall, there were more areas than expected where basic upkeep was lacking.

We loved our stay! The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast spread was great, especially for families with picky eaters. Plus, the hotel is located close to Faneuil Hall, making it easy for us to explore the local shops and restaurants with our young baby.
My children wanted more family-friendly amenities, like a bigger play area or pool activities. A few more options for families could really enhance the stay.

The hotel provides a decent experience overall with excellent free breakfasts and caring staff, although the thin walls make for a noisy stay and the bathroom size left a lot to be desired. A little maintenance could enhance the overall ambiance of the place.

My stay was primarily for a short transit, and I appreciated the comfortable King Room I was given. The bed was soft and inviting, which made for a restful night after a long day. However, the breakfast options were limited, and I often found myself waiting for refills of hot food items. Overall, it was a pleasant experience despite some small inconveniences.
